Anamorphic and a 35mm adapter?

Is this going to be possible? I was thinking of using the M2 with Nikon lenses. Anyway to use an anamorphic adapter in front of this setup with a DVX?

Clueless...

Sorry, but no. There are so many things that prevent this from being practical, that it would be a waste of time to list them all.

Thanks. I'm swinging back towards a HVX now instead of a DVX. I would like variable frame rates, the higher resolution, and the native 16x9 chips. Just going to have to swallow the added expense and find an afforable workflow.

mac mini and FCP. will help.

Also try anamorphic lenses? the real ones. the primes.

Try Andromeda.

Originally I inquired because I was planning on using the DVX and it is 4:3 native. I've decided to go with native 16:9 and an M2. Someone did refer over to Snieder Glass. Are there any other manufacturers I should look at?
