Anamorphic Adapter question

[wrxguy]

I am looking into purchasing the Panasonic Anamorphic Adapter, and I was wondering; First of all: for those who own it, how do you like it and would you recomend it?
Second: can you use any other lens' with the adapter, such as the wide angle 'screw on' adapter I have that I use on the original lens

Thanks for your help in advance!

Love it, and nope - other lenses don't work with it...

Don't waste your money. You might as well upgrade your camera.
