Why is it that when you import 1080i/25P into FCP (setting 1080i50) using list and capture and you analyse what you've just imported in tools you get - Codec : DVCPRO HD 1080p25 medium quality. What does this medium quality mean? Is it the quality of the reading of the clip or the quality of the clip imported?
I'm just starting derushing a feature so it's pretty important I don't introduce any unwanted compression into what I filmed with a Panasonic HVX 200 setting 1080i/25P.
