AMSTERDAM: camera and lens(s) wanted - Aug 2018

I’m sitting in South Africa working with a mate of mine on a music video concept to shoot in Amsterdam in August this year.

What camera options are available to us?

We’d prefer to shoot raw or at least 10bit compressed (ProRes or DNxHD) to free up some funds for lighting equipment or set design.

Cameras like the BMPCC is cool since we’d prefer to shoot in the longer focal range.

Just putting feelers out to get an idea of rental options and pricing.
 
The BMPCC sounds good if HD is okay. No slow-motion though if needed. The BMMCC does have 60p though (only in RAW 3:1 and PR).

Other BM cameras may be worth considering too (since it sounds like lighting will be available).
 
Why rent, I have a Micro Cinema camera kit you can buy for $800. It includes a Wooden Camera cage, a OneLittle Remote Ver 3,
And a DB15 breakout box with external SBus, power and Lanc connections. The One!itte Remote gives direct control of the menus. I will even add in a Zacuto EVF Pro (original model) that alsomuses the Canon LP battery. Sent me a PM for details.
