The H2 and H12 are 4K (UHD) capable processors, with the more powerful H2 able to compress 10-bit 4K/60p video using H.265 HEVC compression or 4K/120p with the less efficient H.264 AVC system.

They market the H2 processor for drones and sports cameras, but I think that's mainly because it's the best choice given the product lines they have. But it's more than capable for most stuff: an off-the-shelf 10-bit-capable processor that takes just 2W to properly downsample up-to-700 Mpix/s into 4K H.265 at up to 60fps, or 4K H.264 at up to 120fps. (I'm not sure yet what the 10-bit-capable part means)
