Amazing Race - How they do it?

After watching amazing race yesterday, I wonder what kind of camera they are using and how can they get the shots to be so steady???... its "amazing", anybody have any idea what they used for stabilizing?, what camera? especially getting into cramp spaces i.e. car, pack bus, train...

Havent watched any of this seasons show but I am sure they have some sort of stedicam set up. I am sure they are using lipstick cameras inside vehicles and tight spots as well.
