It's a completely different interface from what I can see, I have not switched to CC or cs6. I have come across a few videos on youtube explaining some of the new features.

You can't. They're totally different things. But Dynamic Link gets you pretty close to being able to open up After Effects as if it's a toolset of Premiere.
