Altman Soft-Lite JR.

I recently got an altman soft lite jr with an egg crate. Anyone out there wanna help me put the egg crate onto the light? There is a slot in front of the lite that looks like an area where i can slid in the crate but its a tight fit. is it supposed to be like that?
 
If it's anything like Mole's zip light it just slides in and on one end of the eggcrate is a lip that catches on the lamp head to prevent it from sliding all the way off.

Maybe you can post some photos?

Here's the light. On either side there are grooves. You can see it best on the right side in this picture.



Heres the groove. Same on both sides.

Here is a side of the egg crate. These two pieces that....oh hell..i just figured it out. I tried putting both those things in the groove...when in fact the piece sticking out from the light goes in between the pieces on the crate. Well...thanks for your help.
