Boy, that Biel thread was a gateway for her...

She's now infecting every thread of the board.

That's what went through my mind too Hudson. Whoa.

I gotta get in shape too! I need too pretty badly. I'm not fat per se, but I'm so out of shape.

Welcome to the club Hudson.

I went thru the same thing a few months ago and since then have lost 30 pounds and toned up.

Every morning i look at myself in the mirror and nothing starts the day off right like massive self improvement.

Wow, is that barrel distortion? (crap, that was a film geek joke)

John, I have to thank you... sort of, or maybe I should slap you for introducing me to crossfit.com. You mentioned it a few moths ago in a thread and I have been at it since. I about died the first week... and I was in shape (I thought). Now my basketball is full of sand and I limp up my stairs most days. It was just what I needed to break up my boring routine of free weights and treadmill. Seriously though, thanks. I love it.

Went with the wife yesterday to "Fit n Fun". Signed up. Appointments on Tuesday & Wednesday for the initial screening and the trainer making our individual plans.

Gonna be getting up too freaking early in the morning for the next little while, but we both have too many clothes that don't fit anymore.

It's not so much not being able to see my...toes...these days, it's that the personal trainer costs less than new jeans and such.

I'm pretty good about working out regularly, because I just feel like **** when I don't.

But this whole time everyone was talking about Jessica Biel, I thought you were talking about JENNIFER BEALS from the 80s, and I was thinking, man, is she having some massive come-back or something? :)

I just started working out a little more again. I'm teaching my girlfriend and a buddy of mine how to kick ass. A steady martial arts workout should get me back to where I need to be.

I threw out my back with that @&$%! 20lb. Sony camera (told them they should have shot Pany) and I've been out of commission for a very long week.

The Cannondale (less than 50 miles thankyouverymuch!) hanging in the garage begs to be ridden, and so does the lovely Ms. Biel.

At the gym, I end up running for 2 miles and do 1000 crunches.

And I will make it my duty to un-Biel this thread and to replace it, I will Kidman the thread.

Hey now...no need to Un-Beil anything. I like her just wear she is...all over this board.

As for getting in shape...I'm all over the need for that! I am a complete tub these days. 3 years ago, I had a six pack. Now, its a mini keg. I even bought a boatload of fitness mags the other day to try and motivate...too much beer....

Alright ! You'll be fine; give yourself 8 weeks and it'll be like magic!
