If you're willing to attempt a design and contribute; keep it pro; keep it core; keep it surf. Go in a completely different direction and use whatever color scheme you see fit. Banner size is 750 X 175.
 
I've got good photo shop skills, but I'm not really a graphic designer. But hey, I might just give it a whack for a chance at a pair of shades for me and my wife. I'll see what i can come up with.

Just let the missus know that I can move any element around, change any of the colors and include another tenth-tone image of a skater or biker in the O if she likes that concept. All those colors are websafe.

Oh crap; that's cool Overland! I love the play on OS.

Here's the deal; I am not trying to insult anyone's 'command of slaary' in the Graphics Arena'. I know all too well how much you boys that do this get paid; this offer is coming from a poor start-up; and that's the simple facts. I figured I'd try here and see what we came up with;and free shades are always cool; yes they are of quality.

Anyway; thanks guys! I'll keep forwarding the designs that come in to my wife. Think about it like this; maybe one day you'll need some BRANDED EYEWEAR in your film; but can't afford the FEE's to use SPY or OAKLEY or RAY BAN....

Know what I mean?

I did a little work to see what I could come up with for Optic shadow. I don't know if this is the direction that you wanted to go, if you like where I'm going let me know if you would like to make any changes. If you don't like it, well, it was fun to try.

just fyi, i think the banner on that website is too large..i would make it half has tall...use that real estate for content.
 
At the bottom where it says "Posting Rules" it says I am not allowed to send attachments. Is that the problem? I've never posted any images here before.
 
YOu guys rock; my wofe says she loves them all; but Pookies she likes the best so far. She told me mine was "So you; you're so artsy." I think that means she is being nice to me. Serioulsy; you guys kick ass; thanks for throwing some ideas into the pile. Very cool of all of you.
 
Every time I log on I realize that John is on. Either he's cyber stalking me or he doesn't really have a wife and kid and sits by his computer all day patiently waiting for some new post on this site. I bet he shaves once a month and only gets up to use the bathroom. :cheesy:

I wanna throw my hat into the ring but it'll be a bit before I can get to it, I'm leaving for anchorage for the weekend.
