All daylight temp fluorescents

I'm assembling a lighting package using all daylight temp fluorescents, will I run into any trouble using these lights both indoor and outdoor?

Well, they'll be pretty useless outdoors. For indoor work fluos are a great choice, but they can't be your only choice, you're going to want some hard light sources too. Fluos are inherently soft.

Well that's the problem - cost-effective daylight-balanced hard light really doesn't exist. The closest you'll find is Cool Lights' 150w HMI, at about $450 per light. You can get tungsten fresnels cheaply ($100-$150 per light) and use blue CTB gel on them, but that'll cut their effective output tremendously -- when used with blue gel, it cuts the output to about 1/4. So a 500 watt light becomes about equivalent to a 125w.

Going all-daylight is not the most cost-effective way to go. Might be cheaper to buy some tungsten lamps for your fluos and combine them with some tungsten fresnels and open-face units.
