Alice in wonderland clip for my movie?

Hey guys! Does anyone know if I supposed to pay any rights to use just a little clip from the Alice in wonderland animated movie for my movie? For example, a character is watching tv and we see the clip there.

yes. i've been in trouble for showing a pencil in a photograph without getting permission from the company. long stupid story.

anyway, you have to get permission.
