I posted this over on Reduser but I also thought maybe someone here would know as well.
I just picked up a HI5 SDI to HDMI converter to use instead of the HDMI out on our Scarlet but I'm not sure that it is functioning correctly. I've tried this with a couple of input sources and it is the same result each time. The screen is shifted a quarter of the way off. I know the SDI out on the Scarlet is fine because I've used it before, I'm hoping someone else that has experience with the HI5 may know what's going on. My only other thought is that the SDI needs termination but I've never done that before.
Here is a picture of my DP6 screen showing what is happening. I've tried coming out of my Decklink Studio 2 card also and I get the same result.
