If I attach a camera to the Panasonic AJ-HD3700B D5 tape deck and set the deck for 24p.... would it record 24p regardless of what the incoming signal was? I want to hook a HPX3000 into the deck; but I'm assuming the outputs from the 3000 are only 59.94i? So I'm hoping the deck would just take the incoming images and re-assign them to the 24p framerate? When I read the Hardware Manual on the Panasonic website, it seemed like it was possible.... but I'd rather get some info. from somebody that has actually used it. If there is anybody here that has.
