AG-MC200 or Rode ntg-1

Hello everyone, i am in the process of purchasing a dvx 100b and i am debating between a ag-mc200c which panasonic makes (i believe) which i can get for $320 or the Ntg-1. I havent seen anyone mention the ag mc 200 but i want to check. thanks for any information you can provide. I appreciate it!

Probably a BIG clue right there.

Do a search and read the stickies and you will see that the Rode is considered top notch for the dollar. That's what I've got and so far it has done the job very well. Wouldn't even mess with anything else in that price range. About $200 or so. Use the rest of your money on shockmount (and wind protection if going to be outdoors).

Thank guys, i will do.. Yea i am 95% sure i will get the ntg-1 from b&h. Its 250$ and comes with mount and xlr cable.. Thanks for the help!
