AFX to FCP problem

Whenever I make an animation, title screen or anything for that matter in AFX cs3 & 4 I export it to .mov and it looks flawless. For some reason when I import it into FCP6 it seems to over sharpen the image, making the lines very harsh and pixalated(sp). Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

Are you previewing the image at 100% in FCP? It may just be the preview window where the NLE is trying to scale the footage down.

You can export a little bit of it from FCP to see if the pixelation is indeed in the file or just part of the preview.

It is previewing 100% and even after I export at full quality to an .mov the lines are still altered.
