After Fx:best Video Compression?

Hi, I'm working on a project an I need to export a combination of many layers from After Effects 7. Since I can't export uncompressed video (1 min=almost 2 gig) because the project is huge, I'd like to know which would be the best compression option to export. Once exported, these files will still have to go to Premiere Pro 2.0, so they need to be compatible.
I have the following options:
- Microsoft DV
- Cinepak
- Indeo video 5.10
- Intel indeo video 4.5
- Intel indeo(R) video R3.2
- DVX 6.1
- DVX 6.1 YV12
- Xvid mpeg4
- Microsoft video 1
- Microsoft RLE
- Intel 4:2:0 video V2.50

Microsoft DV would be the best solution, but if your seq is only graphic layers you will have problem with solid colors & texts and red color especially.
I would try to find a way to work with uncompressed.

It's actualy a 45 minute black and white video, but it has many layers that have to be exported individualy before I can work with them all together.

Wait -- are you trying to EXPORT it? Or are these your only options in the Render Queue??? You should be using the Render Queue.

You should have your DV avis or whatever you pc types like to use there.

I'm using the options in the Render Queue when you choose the option "make movie". I also find it weird the lack of more options...

And you're clicking on the Output Module and then FORMAT OPTIONS under the Video Format....?

This ain't right.

Option C: if you are giving it to another PPro2.0 user you can just take your nested sequence and add it as a clip just like you would in your NLE, by importing the AFX sequence, and just adding the Comp that you made.

If its hard to render, you can render a proxy of it in Motion Jpeg 50 via QT, that seems to work pretty well (OR MSDV if you have a DV project)

Creative cow has a good tutorial over proxys
