After Effects title footage in FCP

I imported a 10 second title from Ae into FCP studio to end a piece I'm working on. When I go to export it into Quicktime, the outlined type inte logo looks great but the type that's animates in AE looks jagged or blurry. This happens in several setings from animation to sorenson3. Why is this?

Try a diff codec, like H264, probably give you better results. Compression can cause some issues with animated AE stuff...
