Whenever I render out a composition in the render queue I get a message ethier saying "Can not create image buffer" or "Not enough memory"

I have changed my settings for maximum memory usage to 120, Maximum RAM cache size to 60 and I created a cache folder and checked the box for Prevent DLL Address Space Fragmentation

I get the error message not enough memory with these settings
I then lowered the RAM cache size to 40 and I get the error message saying Cant create image buffer. I have tried variations of these settings and I cant render my composition

So I downloaded a trial for Nucelo Pro 2.0....made a cache folder and did a fast render...around 70 to 80 percent it fails and I get error code 11...I tried to look at the logs as Nucelo suggested and no logs exist...is this a problem? I would prefer not use Nucelo to render...but at this point I just need to get my project in After Effects rendered out.

Please Help. Thank You

1 CPU of AE can use up to 2GB of RAM. You have 4. You simply do not have enough RAM.

Here's some tips from Jonas Hummelstrand:

If you enable "Purge every 20 frames during Make Movie" you will probably get around the problem. You can do this in the Secret preferences by holding down the Shift key and then select Preferences... from the menu. In the Preferences dialog box you can then choose the "Secret" option that will give you hidden features (they are hidden since they will cause AE to render more slowly.)
Don't enable the other checkboxes, just write "20" in the text field. Also, make sure you enable the "Prevent DLL Address Space Fragmentation" under "Memory & Caches" if your on a Windows system.
