After Effects online communities?

[mang]

I'm still very new to after effects - as a matter of fact, I'm still working my way through the demo. This forum is great for after effects help, but I was wondering what the main online communities/forums around after effects are...

Searching via google hasn't produced anything very helpful.
thanks!

From Adobe's site, good place to start:

Thanks again! I seem to have found one in this forum:

Mograph is a great resource, I frequent it daily. BUT be forewarned, It's mostly working pros and so the company there isn't very newbie friendly, so tread lightly. Just a lil tip If you do have new user questions or issues, creativecow is a good resource.
