Hi guys need help
creating video for large panoramic display
aspect ratio is 81,8
i need to know the pixel width and height
thanks in advance

You need to tell more info about the projection/display device(s) used in order to figure out what multiple you should apply to your ratio.

We are creating a video in after effects to drop into a maya model representing a stage with a video array that is in 81:8 aspect ratio and need to know the pixel width and height for the after effects composition

Well, your width will be x*81 and your height will be y*8. If your playback device is only capable of 1080p, then your width should be the full 1920 and the height should be 1920/81*8 = 190 px high.

I have no experience with Maya, but you already have your pixel dimensions...81x8, or 810 by 80, or 1280 by 126...

81/8 = 10.125

Pick your horizontal pixel dimension that works for the content and then divide by 10.125 to get your comp's height.

And just to be clear, you are making a video; the 81:8 panorama screen you refferd to is an element in this video?
