After Effects 6.5 problem

I downloaded the tryout version of After Effects 6.5 Professional from Adobe's website yesterday. The download and installation were not a problem, its when I open the program that things start going wrong. Everything in the pallete works up until I click the timeline bar, at this point, the entire program shuts down in a matter of seconds. I have tried to find out what was causing this, but with no luck. I couldnt find any help in the "help" folders of the program, and Adobe does not provide program help to "tryout" users. Does anybody know how I can fix this or what is causing it?

I had the something like this with Premiere, it was GDI and Direct3D problem, but I don't have this with AE. try to reinstall or wait for the AE7

Ok, NEW problem. I fixed the previous one by simply deleting the "shutdown" folder in the AE system files, now it doesnt randomly shut down on me. The problem now is that I attempted to export a particle Playground effect and in the render qeue when I attempt to export it says

"After Effects: Not enough memory to create image buffer. (339K requested, 205K available.) (37 :: 102)"

Also when I try to scroll along the timeline, it tells me-

"After Effects Error: Could not create 360x240 image buffer. (7 :: 39)"

Does anybody know whats going on here and how I can fix it as soon as possible? thanks alot.

at system mycomputer. also check later the virtual memory! try to restart your pc before rendering too. disconnect from the internet and disable the virus program inorder to render faster.
