Affordable on camera LCD?

Is there anywhere I can get an affordable (under $100) on camera LCD (preferably battery powered) that is full resolution (640x480)? I want to start seeing all of my pixels when I'm recording. I've seen portable DVD players w/av in/out but I would think just a display might be cheaper and hopefully 4:3? Any ideas? :dankk2:

The only thing I can think of would be a Playstation one display (hunt around on ebay??)- you'd have to modify the housing and rig a 7.2V power source for it - but it should work
