aerial shooting

Hey guys.
I'm shooting some scenery shots from a helicopter...anyone have any experience in this? How shakey does it get?...is the DVX100A's stabilizer any good to use in such a situation?...

Another question:
This video I'm shooting (tourism video) will end up on TV. Would you suggest shooting in 'film mode' or 30 or 60?

I would shoot it to match whatever it's being cut with.

As for stabilization, it's been discussed before, do a search andinclude planes and ultralights too, there are a lot of hints that have been posted by a lot of experienced shooters.
