Some might remember AE Freemart from years past. It went away when it was bought out by Toolfarm.

It went back online fairly silently less than a couple weeks ago and an outlet for Toolfarm's freebie section. Since then, there's been some pretty decent content added... ranging from expressions, to sample projects, to cool tips and links. With lots more to come.

Please check it out.. it's all free.

I'd be curious as to what freebies help out more. I am always looking for ideas.. as these are updated daily.
 
The AFX project files for free with simple effects are very helpful for getting certain effects. I could see other macros as being useful.

I once downloaded a macro to create a camera shake effect. It had two variables, shake, and zoom. It made it alot easier than manually key-framing and using the wiggler to create a shake.

So basically, project files , and macros that make certain affects easier.
