AE export problem

I exported a file to avi. and the image was all dotted green pixelating on the image. Can someone tell me what am i doing wrong. I check my export settings and they all look fine.

I was doing some compositing work, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it!

I'd need more details to help. I've never seen that happen before.

Actually now that I remember do other day I was trying to do a small 5 second motion graphic design with text and I got the same thing as far image. I can't explain it. I don't recall messing with me settings before. Right now I am trying to export it out in flash, maybe that will do the trick. I have about 10 minutes left to render, so i will post again.

For some reason it keep looping the render for both flash and quicktime. Strange. I decided to play around with my settings and I think it I had uncompressed interlaced video exporting out. I tried exporting avi. and entered progressive and dv/ntsc for setting and it did the trick.
