AE CS4 not recognizing both CPU's

So I just recently installed AE CS4, and when I enter the Memory & Multiprocessing menu, it says I only have 1 CPU (core) installed... My system however is a dual core.

Here are the specs from my DirectX Diagnostics Tool:

Intel Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz, 3.20GHz (2 CPU's)
2GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 8500GT

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

I'll assume that you're running Windows XP. Try opening up the Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + del), switch to the Processes tab, right click on the After Effects process (AfterEffects.exe, I think it is) and click Set Affinity...
Make sure that all the CPUs are selected.
