AE CS3 Preview available to download

Well, I installed it and found out that I'm also going to uninstall it :)
First of all: AE CS3 can't handle MPEG and M2T files :s
Second of all: AE CS3 keeps crashing when trying to do a RAM preview
Third of all: AE CS3 somehow can't handle some of the AVI's 7 Pro could handle.

To sum it up, downloading and installing was a waste of time. Hopefully they'll release a stable version soon.
 
Well, this is a beta, it's not meant to be perfect. It's probably an issue with the codecs you have installed, you should report it to Adobe, that's why they release these things.

You don't want to edit mpegs and m2ts straight in AFX, i've always had issues color grading whole scenes where the video will skip, or jerk after encoding (even with my fields set correctly) it just randomly does it because of the ammount of ram it takes up while working with m2ts. I'd stay away from them in AFX anyway untill they clean it up.
