Advice on seminar audio recording.

I'll be shooting a seminar on tuesday . Recently I just purchased the Sennheiser wireless kit, prior to this I only used it once and everything has been pre-set by the guy who rented me.

Some background on the seminar :
It will be in a hall, moderate audience - I assume in the range of 100 with PA system. It'll be a one man gig, so only 1 camera.

My shooting gears :
DVX102, Sennheiser wireless kit, Audio cable for line feed 100m.

I've used the cable most of the time in the past, figuring that now I would have the advantage of moving around with the wireless kit to get the feed from PA system. But since it's my first major gig using this sennheiser system, I would like to hear some tips or advice from you guys... I think I would bring along the audio cable for standby and set it up first ?? but it will cost me time to lay the cables properly and taping it to the ground. 30 mins at least ?

Any tips or strategy from u guys ? what to check before using the wireless ? and avoiding interference ? and what are the possible problems that might appear ?

It's not quite clear what you're trying to do here. Just to be sure, are you micing the presenter with the wireless or are you trying to get a wireless feed from the PA board to your camera? Which Senn transmitter and receiver are you using? Are you tieing it into the PA board or micing a speaker with the lav? If tieing in at the board, how/where are you connecting it?

oh . has been confusing here. I'm trying to get wireless feed from the output of the PA system, not from the presenter. It's a Senn G2 100. But I bought an XLR to 1/8" cable for the input to the transmitter, and the receiver I connect to my camera.

I'm not micing the speaker.

Cause this is my first time using .. so I need to be there earlier to check out all the connections.. besides.. anything important that I need to look after. I'm prepared to bring mic cable of 100m just in case any setting with the Senn goes wrong. I'm watched the youtube video of how to setup the Senn wireless... will follow the procedure once tomorrow and get used to the wireless kit.
