I've found myself in a position where, in time, I may have a screenplay which backers are possibly interested in and perhaps may be purchased by a small studio (emphasis on the "may").
Things are still VERY early but those interested are pushing for deals and results at a freight train speed and I find myself a bit unsure as of how to progress. I've never been a natural at business dealings and, while I am learning, I would really appreciate the advice of someone who has gone through this before.
