Hello,
First off I want to go ahead and apologize about my grammar, I admit it does need some work and is my weak spot so please bare with me.
The type of footage I will be taking will for the most part be indoors around tight corners (good lighting) quick zoom (around 15x-20x) basically a frontline camera that can handle a few G's and still hold together.
The type of editing I do is basically considered when imagination and reality collide.
best examples:
from
Over the Atlantic Drama

to
After Effects Music Video

The features im primary looking for is basically;
HD (HDV would work fine for what I plan on using)
20x optical zoom (although 10x works but it will make a few projects nigh impossible without messing up the pixels)
focus/zoom spin wheel..
and my spending limit is roughly 2500$ for a camera+kit.
I'll accept any level of camera expertise, although this will be my first semi professional camera. I understand the steep learning curve and complexity from the basic look and shoot to actual professional camera's and willing to make that jump.
I been poking around and the HDR-FX7 attracted my attention most, I was wondering if anyone has some information about this camera with action shots and slow motion or personal usage?
All i ask is you keep your eyes open for something you might find and think it will be to my liking that you pass it on to me.
Thanks,
Zeb
