Advice on adhesive camera mount

I'm pulling and setting up my gear for a wedding shoot this Saturday. To my chagrin, I've discovered the tripod mounting cradle for my Zoom H4 recorder is missing. Can't find it anywhere. So I need to come up with an alternative FAST!

I looked at this -- https://www.amazon.com/Rock-Solid-M..._SR160,160_&psc=1&refRID=26C7R0T1K4J82VKRAA3S

...but it says it only supports 8 ounces, so that won't do. Also, it wouldn't arrive in time. I couldn't find anything else similar to it.

I could just super-glue a 1/4"-20 nut onto the bottom of the H4 itself, I suppose. That wouldn't be ideal, though.

Any other suggestions?

Nevermind. I just found a solution. It's not elegant, but it works.

I remembered that someone gave me one of those cell phone 'selfie sticks' some time ago. I dug it out. The part that clamps to the cell phone is also able to clamp to the H4. And when unscrewed from the stick, it has a nice little 1/4"-20 socket that fits right onto my tripod.

Problem solved! And at no cost! Gotta love that.

Here are a few ideas in broad stokes:

Noga arm + super clamp

Velcro

Ram brand cell phone mount with springy arms

Zip ties

I carry all these items wherever I go.

I do have a Magic Arm, but it's generally in service on my crane. Although ordering a second one of those wouldn't be a bad idea. Good thinking there!

It being a wedding, I was looking for something a little more elegant and professional looking than Vecro or zip ties, although those would be good solutions on a film shoot.

Thanks for the ideas!

I have a few shelf-platforms of different sizes. One is a stock Manfrotto, the others I have had sheared and broke at local sheet metal shops out of 1/8: aluminum. I add some type of base, usually a Mathews 5/8" baby swivel socket which is the standard for small video lights. I'll super clamp a magic arm to my tripod, add the shelf and velcro-mount a mixer or other device to the shelf. Looks great and is really functional. I had another shelf bent to fit my laptop. The shelves are cheap to have made, usually about $50. The baby sockets cost about that much.
