Advice for Lighting Interior Day Car Scene

Hi guys, I'm looking for a cost effective way to do some interior car day lighting for a short. I just need a couple of small lights for the driver and passenger's face, Thinking about buying a light panels kit but it's pretty steep at $2400. I won't be able to afford it until the government bails me out!

I own some 4-bank Kino's but the bulbs don't detach so I can't velcro them to the interior roof or sun shade.

Any ideas on something cheaper to get the job done? Any cheap flourescents or LED's from home depot or an off brand company for a decent price that can get the job done?

I saw an led worklight at home depot, it plugs into your cars ac adapter and has a dimmer.
