advice for lighting a underground parking structure

I am planning on shooting in one of those underground florescent lit parking structures. (will try to post pictures of the local later) I am shooting with the hvx200 with the cinemek g35 which as many of you know is power hungry. It loses a stop and a half of light. The question i ask is, how many lights do you guys think it will take to light a common parking structure? I have two actors and would like to get a decent exposure in the background. I am guessing i am going to need to rent a couple of hmis to blast in the background.

I think it really depends on the shots you need to get. I'm not expert but I think you would need A LOT of light for that if you need wide shots.... (assuming Nighttime) like a grip truck worth of lights.... and maybe a crew.
