I'm thinking of getting a cage to use with an A7S2 and an A73. I've never worked with one, though I want to be able to connect a 5"monitor, a https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/892383-REG/Sony_xlr_k1m_XLR_Adapter_Microphone_Kit.html and possibly a Zoom H6
I also sometimes use a Zyhiuan Crane V2, though I'm not expecting to be able to use that with the cage.
1. Do I even need a cage for this? Can I get by with an ultra cheap solution, something like this https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/918053-REG/vello_cb_510_dual_shoe_brackt.html I'm not even sure if this will work, though if I can mount one piece of gear to another I might be able to pull it off?
2. Thoughts on this cage?
