i'm unclear on what the advantages are of editing DVX footage in a FCP 24 timeline versus standard 29.97? I am concerned with eliminating the interlaced lines that occur in freezes and time remaps of standard 24P footage (3:2 pulldown). would shooting 24P Advanced help to smooth/eliminate these?
i assume i will have to output to a 24 fps DVD if this is a solution. can you mix 29.97 video with 24 in a timeline?
