OK, I was cleaning my laptop trying to free space and find out that Photoshop's Camera Raw had a folder used as Cache. I don't do much work in Raw so it occupied only 201MB. Didn't know about that which I discovered it is under CameraRaw's preferences... yes we never bother to look at app's preferences, but anyway I suggest you check it out and clean this folder, or from the preferences set a lower size it can use.
EDIT:
For manual clean up the folder is:
C:\Documents and Settings\X\Application Data\Adobe\CameraRaw\Cache
where X is the logged username
Also looks like minimum used size is 1GB. So manually cleaning it, is one way.
