Not sure if this has popped up here or not, but it's worth mentioning. Free online/offline script writing software designed for collaboration. I've been using it for a the last month and it is blowing my mind...at times.

I started on Final Draft, moved on to Sophocles, returned to Final Draft when Sophocles disappeared, and now I use this. This is the best screenwriting program I've used. I'm a guy that needs a lot of central organizational tools and I love that I can park my research, character development, and links all in one easy to use program that doesn't have all of its features hidden.

Seconded. I was just using a word processing program, but was dreading converting everything to the standard format. I was sold when I imported my work in progress and it naturally calibrated everything with only minimal corrections needed afterward. I can't really sing enough praise to Adobe for this one.

I am operating under the assumption that the program formats automatically, but...should I be hitting return twice after the sluglines?
