Adobe Premiere to FCP conversion

Hi, I know this is a newb question.

I have shot using the hvx200 to tape, digitized to Adobe premiere. I am sharing projects, however the other editor only uses FCP. Can FCP convert and import these files or do I need to re digitize for FCP. What about Avid Express Pro HD?

Well I have never gone form permier to FCP. But if permier can export an XML file or and EDL list then FCP can Do it.

Or you could print to tape from Premiere and then import to FCP.... can you do that?

Wwll Automatic duck makes some plugins for easy conversion but I dont think They have one that goes from Premiere to FCP only the other way around.
