Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 Project Won't Load

I've been editing this film for a month and completed it today. Today I created a new timeline to make two different versions of the film to export. It started acting crazy from then on out. Closed it and attempted to open it but it won't load. It gets to a certain point (Looks like 90%) And then freezes. All of my Auto-Save files are too recent because I had my project open for hours after I created the new timeline and it auto saves every 5 minutes. Is there a way that I can get in and remove this last action? I hope I'm not doomed forever, because there is NO WAY I'm starting from scratch on this. PLEASE HELP :crybaby:

Try creating a new project, and import the old one into the new one. Just import it as you would any other asset.

Also, do you have After Effects?

Yep. Just go to File > Import, navigate to the .prproj file that's giving problems, and hit OK. PPro will probably ask if you want to import the whole project or selected sequences.

No guarantees, but it's worth a shot--it's worked for me on a couple of occasions.
