Adobe Premiere Pro 2 problem (black screen)

I just bought a toshiba laptop with a core 2 duo processor T5200 1.66 ghz, and 2 gigs of ram. Mobile intel 945GM Express chipset family for video. When Adobe Premiere pro 2.0 starts up it then goes to a black screen and stays there forever, requiring a restart. Does anyone know why this might be? is it the video card? Can I upgrade the card in this computer?

I've found something on the Web. It seems like you need to upgrade Realtek audio driver. Here is the link which will take you to Toshiba's support site:
