Adobe Premiere Exporting Master Audio File

Ah thank you ryan that clears things up alot for me I appreciate it and it seems pretty easyish to do. I've already mixed it pretty darn good I hope for the small screen and until I can get a post house or someone to mix it for the big screen more I'll do what you suggested, export it all as a stereo wav file reimport and then export all as a DNxHD to watch in theatre and give to the DCP if I can't get further mixing help. (It is for free so I may get some advice there for another if I'm lucky).

They just said to send the film and audio together for the time being so that's what I'll do I guess. Thank you and when I get some spare time I'll try and do all the stems for the future just incase once I can find a post production house who can help me out. Thanks again guys

While you at it also do an OMF or AAF for the future. A post facility is not going to want your "stems". They will want you OMF though so that they can create real Stems. With out a really thorough dialog edit and Foley pass you can't really do Stems.
You can do a Music stem and kind of the FX, but the dialog is going to have a bunch of stuff on it that you will want to keep if you are going to do a dubbed version. So while your Stems might be of some use for? They won't be what post sound really needs.

It's not a bad idea to do all of the above and save it on more than one drive. The OMF and Stems will probably be openable for some time into the future where your NLE project may well not be.
