shooting 4K 10bit XAVC-I - I can see with ffmpeg that the video is 10bit
in Adobe Premiere, how do I export 10 bit H.264 ? I want to do some color grading
then output H.264 file for someone to assemble into a bigger video ?

XAVC is a 10 bit high profile H.264 codec. I frame codecs are much better for editing than lower bitrate more compressed versions intended for streaming delivery. Just export your XAVC in the same format after grading, don't change it.
