Adobe Pre Pro Question, editing flickers out

Hey, there, I've been using Adobe pri pro for quite a while, I seem to get a flicker or it looks like it's choppy sometimes when I edit in 24 frame mode. It's driving me nuts. Does anyone know why it's doing this? and more importantly, how do you fix it. Please let me know. I've used the program a lot, but just the basic features. I'm no pro with the program. Your description is too vague to offer any assistance. Post a clip and describe the exact "problem" you perceive with the footage.
 
Have you double checked all your settings? Sometime the project settings go wonkie (Technical term ;). Have you done 24 fps on this system before? What camera and flavor of 24fps are you shooting and editing? What kind of hardware?

You can host the file anywhere (doesn't have to be here) just post a link to the footage and I will be happy to give it a look.
 
i don't know much about this stuff but if you think that all the settings are fine it might be the refresh rate on your monitor thats causing you problems.
