Adobe Onlocation alternative ?

So, I was looking for a way to display scopes when recording, some kind of monitoring option since the GH1 screen doesn't seem very accurate (plus it doesn't have any waveform if I'm not mistaken, only an histogram), and my eyes can fool me, I often end up with underexposed footage or some highlight clipping.

I found Adobe Onlocation but it seems Adobe has has ended the development of this product and doesn't sell it anymore.

Is there any kind of similar software, that would display scopes live when recording ?

I found about Multiscope lite.

Looks like a good solution, but I can't test it right now, I don't have the right cables to plug my GH1 in my PC so I ordered them, should arrive in a few day.
If anyone can test Multiscope, meanwhile, don't hesitate to give feedback.
