Adobe media encoder/ no OK button

I just finished editing a short in PPro 1.5
The flick was shot in 24pa, and all looks well in premier.
I exported as an avi, dumped into encore and burned the dvd.
Now some of the footage looks jerky or like a frame is missing.
I have checked the master tapes and everything is fine on them, so it was not the camera.
Anyway a friend suggested exporting as an mpeg2 then trying another burn. Now, I am setting my presets and getting no OK button, its just grayed out. I tried export to dvd, and it tells me i need to register the encoder, but i registered the software 2 years ago and have used the encoder in the past. I tried to register online and am getting nothing!

Is there a way to fix this in encore?
How do I check the pulldown? Someone suggested in another post that the pulldown may have been removed from some clips
anyone suggest a universal setting (for PPro 1.5) when the final product will be on dvd?
am I doing something obviuolsy wrong.

Been working on this all day, I'm going to the bar....

Just switch the audio in the Adobe Media Encoder preset (in Premiere) to PCM instead of AC3 Dolby and you should be back in business ... then just let Encore transcode the PCM audio into Dolby AC3 for you when you burn from Encore.

..yeah, the AC3 encoder in PPro ver 1.5 is only a trial type thingy.. but as john says.. you can just do it in encore anyway. i dont think ver 2.0 of ppro has this limitation. i generally encode in encore so im not positive, but im pretty sure you can encode all the ac3 you want now from ppro 2.0
