"Adobe fails to return a frame" error.

I get this message when I'm trying to export. My video is less than five minutes and it says this all the time. Often PPro2 freezes and crashes to desktop. This is when trying to export as anything, from a Flash video to a WMV.
Am I running out of RAM?
I think maybe Magic Bullet is just destroying me. Anyone else get this error?

I don't think it is a ram issue. It just seems like PP is always screwing something up. I have given the program so many chances, and it has let me down so many times. Anyways, here is a quick fix if it is your ram. You can change your virtual memory setting and change the size of your paging file. This uses part of your hard drive to simulate ram when needed. This is how you change it using WIndows XP...

Go to your "control panel"
switch to classic view if you arent already in classic view
double-click system "System"
choose the "Advanced" tab
click the "Settings" button in the performance section
click the "advanced" tab in the Performance Options window
now at the bottom you can increase your virtual memory size

Like I said, I don't think ram is to blame. I think it has to do with a buggy program, but if it is due to a lack of ram, maybe this will help.

Well I've done videos this length before. Then again, I have Magic Bullet being used in half the shots, so I'm going to try taking that out and seeing if my PC just can't handle that. Thanks for the tips.
