ADOBE ENCORE Can not import mpeg files and previous assets do not work

Hi everyone,

I used to but now I can not import mpeg2 files into Encore, it does not give any errors, but waits for hours and still do not import. And I can not transcode uncompressed files into mpeg2 in Encore too, which I used to do before. And also, previously working assets do not work now (media pending). I tried everything, downloaded codecs and no I can not work with my menus in Encore any more. What can be the problem?

And also Nero does not transcode uncompressed files to DVD format!!! Oh, I'm lost here.

If you're not on a mac you just might have a virus.
