I have a strange issue where I gave students copies of a project which they store on their hard drives, they they do audio post-production work on it and submit the Audition .sesx file to me for grading. When I relink their source files for the multitrack mixing session, all of the clips are imported out of sync by the same amount. I've attached a screen shot of the problem. You can see how the waveform just ends in the middle of the clip, and if I drag the left handle of the clip out, there is the audio that is supposed be playing for the duration of the clip. It's the strangest behavior and I can't find anything on it on any other forums. Has anyone else experienced this behavior or know of a solution?
