Adobe Audition 1.0 noise reduction problem

I know... maybe this is not the rightest place to post this, but... I'm just having a bizarre disfunction of Adobe Audition 1.0. When I try to open the "noise reduction" function, it just exits the program. I've tried to reinstall it: same thing!.
(This Audition 1.0 was un upgrade from the old Cooledit, if this could help)

Is there any dvx enthusiast with enough Audition experience to tell me what could that be?

i use audition, but it doesnt do that for me.

i would say Cancer?
Check your sound card settings. Perhaps it is crashing?
